in partnership with the attraction park EftelingThe attraction park Efteling was faced with a problem of visitors having to queue for a long time for some of the rides, and asked for ideas and concepts that would be able to improve the experience of waiting. All approaches were possible, as the way they would be executed and applied would dealt with later. The students began by making observations of people waiting in various locations, trying to capture the concept of waiting in the widest sense of the word. They then visited the Efteling to get a clear and definitive idea of the actual situation. The talked with employees and immersed themselves in the concept of 'waiting' in many ways.
