Lecturis Books

In this magazine students and alumni of the department Man & Public Space explore the relationship between the City and the Countryside. With projects on for instance on city farming and ecology, villages and their stories, a workshop making fences and comparing the borders of Copenhagen and Eindhoven. The magazines gives you an insight in a new type of designer: a designer that is capable of researching, finding comfortable and social solutions for complex societal issues and communicating his ideas in a poetical and fascinating way!
Man and Public Space is one of the eight design departments of Design Academy Eindhoven. Every year the departments presents its annual projects with a magazine. Last issues addressed the topic of obsolescence on city development and moving houses (both are available on request).
The projects are supported by Design Academy Eindhoven, the municipality of Eindhoven, Geldrop and Dordrecht.
